PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We welcome Paypal, Money Orders and Checks. Please anticipate a 10-day waiting period on shipment from the date we receive a personal check. We now accept credit cards over the phone and we also take credit cards via Paypal. Our bank charges $4 to deposit a Foreign Money Order; if you are paying via Foreign Money Order please include an additional $4 to cover this fee. Minnesota residents pay a 6.5% sales tax.
SHIPPING:
We look forward to shipping your item(s) to you! Items are shipped Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from receipt of your payment. All orders are shipped in the order payment is received. Shipping charges (stated at the mid/bottom of the listing,) include insurance. Shipping charges on most items are $40. (The reason shipping charges are this amount are as follows, and these numbers are approximate: Interior Package - $4; Exterior Package - $5.50; Insurance - $4.90; Packing Peanuts - $3; Freight/Shipping Charge - $22-$36. Additionally in order to remain efficient and provide you the most timely shipping we can, we employ a full-time shipper.) Signature Confirmation costs $5 additional per package ($10 per pair of windows as each is in a separate package). Sorry, we cannot ship multiple fragile windows in one box as this practice risks the security of safe shipment - it reduces the amount of padding and protection that will fit in each container. All of our items ship via UPS Ground. Most items take 7-10 days to ship. Costs are higher to ship to Alaska, Canada and Hawaii. We do not ship overseas.
RETURN POLICY:
In case of shipping damages, please contact us (no later than two days from the date the item is delivered as indicated on the tracking number) before shipping the item back to us. Please read your listing carefully as we DO sell some items with cracks, and we disclose this in the first paragraph of the listing text, when applicable. You will be held responsible for the shipping charges if you ship the item back without our knowledge. For exchanges, buyer must pay return shipping costs and costs to ship the new item. We do our very best to provide assistance with solving damage and insurance claims. We are available via phone and ALWAYS responsive to damage claims if they fall within the specified time frame.
COMMON QUESTIONS:
1. We get many requests for custom work. We do not provide this option but encourage you to check with a local stained glass shop.
2. We also do not drill holes, add or supply chains, build frames or resize our items.
3. We will provide the service of removing hook for $10 or moving them to another spot on the window for $30 per window. In the case of shipping damage, this fee is non-refundable.
4. Our prices are based on our costs, therefore you may see frequent fluctuations in prices, even for similar and like items. We operate 100% via the web, and not as a retail store.
5. We get many requests for catalogues. Since our merchandise changes frequently, we do not issue catalogues, but we encourage you to check out all of our items we have listed. Also, please read the About Us section to learn about what we have coming up for new merchandise.
